I've learned that the day will go so much smoother if you use constructive criticism as a tool to improve rather than letting it make you feel insecure.

Also, I really need to put my foot down with a certain person. I can already tell I'm going to end up in a very poor situation if I don't put an end to things now. Unfortunately, things are a lot easier said than done.
