I have packed on quite a few pounds since I moved back in with my parents. I'm blaming it on eating real meals on a regular basis rather than surviving on the broke student diet of coffee and cigarettes.
So last night I joined Weight Watchers with my mom. I really liked the meeting, and I know that the program works since I've witnessed my mom being a leader for the past ten years.
I feel like I'm getting off to a bit of a shaky start. I think it was the Cup-O-Noodles that I threw in my lunchbag as I was rushing out the door this morning. But I'm going to work on planning better (and getting up a little earlier to pack a good lunch).
And somewhere down the road, when I hit my ultimate goal, I am going to reward myself with the tattoo that I've been wanting for years!
